Universal Healthcare MSO, LLC (UHC MSO) is a professional management services organization that provides administrative and clinical service support for physicians contracted with Universal Healthcare IPA.
Universal Healthcare MSO works closely with physicians and health plans to provide contracting, accounting and finance, claims payment, member and physician support services, utilization management and authorizations, quality management and data collection and reporting, population health, care coordination and case management services.
In addition, UHC MSO has the systems, administrative and compliance infrastructure to support all forms of professional, institutional, and shared risk contracts, as well as full risk restricted Knox Keene licensed entity support.
