The Universal Healthcare IPA Provider Portal will allow you to: 

• Verify patient eligibility 
• Submit, check status, and print authorization requests/authorization 
• Check claims status

Universal  Healthcare MSO is the professional organization that provides  administrative services for Universal Healthcare IPA .  Universal  Healthcare MSO works closely with physicians and health plans to provide  claims payment, member support services, authorizations, and health  plan coordination. 

The Provider Network Management department at Universal Healthcare MSO supports providers by:

• Assisting with the credentialing/re-credentialing and contract process 
• Providing training to medical office staff and physicians 
• Serving as the liaison between provider offices, brokers, etc. and  other departments at Universal Healthcare MSO (e.g., Claims, UM) 
• Providing friendly, professional, and timely service
