Universal Healthcare IPA Provider Portal

The Universal Healthcare IPA Provider Portal offers convenient tools to help you manage patient care and administrative tasks, including:

  • Verifying patient eligibility
     
  • Submitting, checking the status of, and printing authorization requests
     
  • Reviewing claim status

About Universal Healthcare MSO

Universal Healthcare MSO is the management services organization that supports Universal Healthcare IPA. We collaborate with physicians and health plans to provide essential administrative services, including:

  • Claims processing
     
  • Member support
     
  • Authorization management
     
  • Health plan coordination
     


Provider Network Management Support

Our Provider Network Management team is dedicated to supporting providers by:

  • Assisting with credentialing, re-credentialing, and contracting
     
  • Offering training for physicians and medical office staff
     
  • Acting as a liaison between provider offices, brokers, and internal departments (e.g., Claims, Utilization Management)
     
  • Delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service
